Countdown to Feb 14, 2012

In less than five months, swimmers throughout the world will be joining in thought and action to bring an awareness of heart disease and it's prevention.  You are welcomed to join this global event.  It's easy!  Ask family, friends, and co-workers to sponsor you.  All proceeds are sent directly to your local Heart Association, or cardiac rehabilitation center, or rescue unit.  YOU decide which organization will benefit from your swim.   You may decide to swim during your routine swim practice, or organize an event with several other swimmers, some may want to organize a "polar dip", water aerobics work-out, water polo event, or synchronize swimmers event.  This is a global effort.  We hope you will join us.
