Big Rick's Swim Team
Congratulations to England's Big Rick's Swim Team for successfully swimming the English Channel as a tribute to their close friend Mark Rickhaus. Mark died suddenly and unexpectedly of a heart attack at the age of 41. His friends formed a swim team in his honor. They have raised a substantial amount of money for the British Heart Association. Last February, Big Rick's Swim Team joined "Swim for your Heart..Feb 14" in the global effort to bring an awareness of heart disease and it's prevention. They are to be commended for their effort.
