Swimmers from 30 countries will be participating in the global swim event "Valentine Day Swim" formerly called Swim for your Heart. This event brings an awareness of heart disease and prevention. It's easy to participate! Go for a swim on February 14 and send a donation to YOUR favorite heart charity or program. This year's event will be held in memory of Norway's Champion Swimmer Alexander Dale Oen who died at the age of 26 from a heart attack. He was unaware that he had heart disease. Swimmers world wide will be sending a message that we are united in thought and action to bring an awareness of heart disease and prevention. You are welcomed to join us. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org for further information. Thank you.
